Product aftercare service

With over 20 years of experience designing and installing the latest home technology, we understand that it isn't complete once the installation isn't over, but the beginning of a lasting relationship. We are always on hand to offer a prompt and attentive response if you encounter any technical problems with your system.

As with any modern technology today, nothing is infallible. The most stable computing platforms occasionally hiccup, as do our smartphones, heating systems and our vehicles. Our home technology should be maintained correctly and serviced regularly to increase performance and stability.

If your system was not installed by Integrated Logic, don’t worry, we would be happy to offer you our aftercare services too, however we would require a visit to your home to understand your system.

All Our Aftercare Plans Include:

- Unlimited phone and email support
- An average response time of less than 30 minutes (during available hours)
- On site maintenance
